Every book carries a story beyond its pages. While every calling may have one voice, it is rarely sustained alone. Unbreakable Promise reflects the strength that comes from shared faith, quiet encouragement, and unwavering belief, often given far from the spotlight. Purpose is most often fulfilled together.

Chaplain Albert Brown is not defined by a single title. He is the kind of leader shaped by service, discipline, and lived responsibility, someone whose faith is practical, whose leadership is tested, and whose impact stretches across church, classroom, boardroom, and community. At his core, Chaplain Albert is a servant-leader: grounded in ministry, sharpened by education, and strengthened through decades of hands-on experience guiding people and institutions through growth, challenge, and transformation.
A Calling Rooted in Faith and Action
Since 2021, Albert Brown has served as an appointed and ordained Minister, Chaplain, and Pastor, working across multiple church ministries. His ministry is not performative or detached, it is relational, pastoral, and deeply human. He walks with people through crisis, calling, doubt, and decision-making, bringing clarity where there is confusion and hope where there is pressure. This is a chaplain who understands that faith must show up in real life, at work, in leadership, in grief, in recovery, and in purpose.
An Educator Who Understands Systems and People
With over 15 years of teaching experience in Jamaica’s education system, Chaplain Albert understands how learning shapes lives and how systems either empower or fail those they serve. His experience goes far beyond the classroom. For nearly a decade, he served as Chairman of the Board of a Vocational Training Institution, helping guide strategic direction, governance, and sustainability. His deep involvement with the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) has given him extensive experience in examinations administration and national certification systems; work that requires integrity, precision, and trust.
A Counselor, Trainer, and Builder of Human Potential
For more than 20 years, Albert Brown has worked in training, guidance, and counseling across public and private institutions. This long arc of service has made him especially effective in high-stakes environments, where people need direction, not platitudes, accountability, not slogans. Whether mentoring youth, advising professionals, or supporting leaders under pressure, his approach blends empathy with structure and spiritual insight with practical outcomes.
A Leader Beyond the Pulpit Chaplain
Albert also brings strong business and organizational acumen. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, along with professional certificates in Education, Counseling, and Supervision, a combination that allows him to operate fluently in both mission-driven and performance-driven environments. His leadership footprint extends regionally through the Junior Chamber International (JCI), where he served as Past President, Senator, and is now a Life Member of JCI Jamaica and JCI West Indies. That experience reflects a long-standing commitment to civic leadership, ethical governance, and developing the next generation of leaders.
The Bigger Picture
Chaplain Albert Brown is trusted because he has earned trust over time, across sectors, and in moments that matter. He understands institutions, but more importantly, he understands people. He brings calm without passivity, conviction without arrogance, and faith without pretense. If you’re looking for a chaplain who can speak to the soul while navigating real-world complexity, a leader who blends ministry, education, counseling, and governance into one coherent calling, Chaplain Albert Brown stands in that space with clarity and credibility.

Chaplain Milisa Brown brings compassion, empathy, and spiritual sensitivity to the soul of this book. Ordained as a Counselor, International Chaplain, and Pastor, her ministry is marked by hands-on service, prayerful care, and a deep concern for the broken, the overlooked, and the next generation. She was born in the close-knit community of Hertford District, Westmoreland, Jamaica, and is a proud graduate of Frome Technical High School (Class of 1994). As a teenager, Milisa migrated to the United States, where her spiritual calling began to take clear shape. She pursued theological and ministerial training at Heart Bible Institute University, where she was ordained as a Counselor, International Chaplain, and Pastor. This formal preparation, combined with lived experience, has equipped her to serve individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. In 2014, led by divine inspiration, she founded Wings of Love International Ministry Inc. (WOLIMINC), grounded in the message of John 3:16. The ministry has had a strong focus on children and youth, most notably through the coordination of Vacation Bible Schools in Jamaica, the United States, and Kenya, Africa. Her final VBS sessions in Jamaica in 2019 impacted over 300 children, a testament to her heart for the next generation and global ministry reach. Today, Milisa Brown continues to impact lives locally and internationally through prayer, teaching, counseling, and compassionate service. She is married, the mother of one child, and remains guided by her lifelong motto: “God first.”
